Lloydmasters is a boutique consultancy working with senior executives at illustrious companies such as British Airways, BP and Balfour Beatty. Its aim is to drive innovation by aligning the interests of all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Lloydmasters works with the goal-directed project management (GDPM) process. This involves stakeholders working together to agree a common programme framework. It operates under four central pillars:
Identified milestones relevant for achieving the end goal
The right team with assigned responsibilities for achieving the milestones
Everyone in agreement with major stakeholders and the project team.
To complement its GDPM processes, Lloydmasters saw the value in harnessing technology, but ran into problems when faced with too many options. A technology partner was sought to guide the company through these options, to choose the best course and turn ideas into reality.
