I graduated in 2000 with a 1st class degree in BSc (Hons) Information Technology. After 5 years in industry, including nearly 3 years working in California, I took a sabbatical from software engineering to become a qualified Teacher, eventually teaching ICT and VB programming to college students. After deciding that I preferred writing software to teaching it, I joined the MicroSec team in 2008. Although I specialize in developing software using object oriented languages, I will turn my hand to any language/technology that a client needs.

Hobbies include Martial Arts, cycling and participation in various online communities.
