Their Brief - Achiive, who are one of the leading training providers to the pharmaceutical industry, required a software solution which would simulate a real business environment using a combination of bespoke scenarios, live actors and computer-based analysis. The system needed to be highly flexible and configurable to enable face to face business interactions to be modelled, emulating real world environments and situations from beginning to end. It had to provide the most lifelike, realistic and powerful training solution that would change behaviour and deliver significant improvements in business success and productivity.
Our Solution - MicroSec developed Achiiver, based on the latest .Net technologies, to deliver richly populated scenarios with detailed information to be used by attendees to improve the quality of planning and face-to-face interactions. Achiiver provides a controlled series of business interactions tailored to each client's specific business. They feature networks of business and personal relationships between different fictional characters and scenarios that are realistically brought to life by experienced actors or actual customers. Achiiver provides updated scenarios and information as events progress through the interaction cycle so people can see the results and effects of their behaviours. One of the latest developments is the ability of the system to operate using multi-languages simultaneously for corporate events where teams/groups from across the globe are brought together at conferences or global meetings.
