Integrating AI-powered Chatbots into Online Platforms
Utilising ChatGPT’s capabilities, we created AI-powered chatbots integrated into an online platform, uniquely connected to the company’s product database. These chatbots pulled real-time data for an enhanced customer experience.
As users navigated the site, the chatbots engaged dynamically. Product availability inquiries prompted real-time database queries, offering up-to-date stock information. Similarly, for questions about product specifications, reviews, or comparisons, the chatbots provided the most current data.
Additionally, thanks to Whisper’s ASR capabilities, the chatbots offered a voice chat option, catering to users who preferred speaking. This dual mode, text and voice, ensured a versatile sales solution for diverse customer preferences.
This one-time AI investment reduced the need for a large sales team. Human representatives, freed from routine queries, could concentrate on complex customer interactions, guaranteeing quality service where it mattered most.
Transforming Every Interaction into an Opportunity
Using Whisper, OpenAI’s automatic speech recognition system, we created software to transcribe call recordings in real-time. This marked just the beginning. After transcription, we employed ChatGPT to analyse transcripts, training it to categorise calls into “successful” and “unsuccessful” based on outcomes and to identify patterns, phrases, and strategies used in each category.
Over time, the system began recognising customer-exciting product features, common objections, and even tonal variations correlated with successful outcomes. It also flagged calls deviating from compliance standards and company guidelines, safeguarding brand reputation.
With insights from the AI, our client adjusted their pitches, responded more effectively to objections, and enhanced rapport with potential clients. New hire training sessions focused on proven strategies identified by the AI, saving substantial hours previously lost in manual call reviews.
Furthermore, the company saved significant time, previously spent on manual call reviews, redirecting it towards refining sales strategies and employee training.
